I’m figuring out how to lower my bills but it’s not easy! What are some ways I can calculate what my insurance might cost me? I called my insurance company and they said there isn’t really a way for me personally to figure out what deductions I can use and how I can lower my premiums, but they can walk me through it and see if there is a way to save money. I answered some questions and they were able to bundle all of my policies, which gave me a discount, and there were a few other items that meant I could lower my premium, like the fact I don’t smoke anymore and that my driving record has remained clean for a long time. I also increased my deductibles on a few of my policies and that lowered the premiums significantly. Now I just have to drive safely, keep my house in tip-top shape, be healthy, and live a long time!
